Like any hobby travelling from home to your flying field or in door race track, you have to carry your equipment and planes or cars.

There are as always hobby brand carry cases and and bags, and modellers always like to convert tool boxes to there unique requirements. I hope to shop the different types of cases and hobbyist ideas. The big difference between planes and cars will be that you are also carrying the cars in a case or bag with out damaging them.

The case I choose to use and alter for my carry case for the cars came from B&Q for £30.00 the case comes with a centre slot board in that I used to create my case.

The blue shelfs were made from 1/8 marine ply then covered with blue rubber that comes from Hobbycraft at £1.00 for a sheet size of the case in the picture, stuck on with double sided tape from screwfix. All the black parts come with the case,

The case is almost full, the good thing about this type of case is, It's changeable to allow for growth.

Now the case is full

The blue base is also rubber sheet just laid on the base, with the dividers on top when you slot the shelves.  You need to remove about 4mm of there rubber from the ends so the end tongues slot in to the grooves.

Below shows some different ways, which I have done to store rechargeable batteries for the cars and tyres as well as the cars.

The next is a Kyosho bag they do these in three sizes, mini is the middle size one with 3 compartments, the bottom draw is great for fitting the transmitters in up to 5 will go.

It unzipped at one end and also has a side pocket with top handles.

The cost of this bag is about £65 it will sort all of your needs for this hobby.
